SEARCH FRUSTRATIONS
A study by RealNames has proved what we all know - we spend most of our
time searching the Web, looking for information we don't always find.
Half of web users spend 70% or more of their time searching online, 44%
are frustrated with web navigation and search engines, and when they
can't find what they're looking for, 20% just give up. Thatís a lot of
wasted time - the average user spends 14 hours a week online. See
