Bob (and Linkers)

Regrettably the plans announced by Michael Carmody indicated that the $20
ABN extracts the ATO will be selling will include the name of the ABN
contact person in a company, the designated email address and of course,
the company postal address.

My question still stands. Can anybody help me with details about where to
apply to purchase these extracts, what proof of identity might be required
etc...
