Depends on one's definition of "equivalent". The British Board of Film
Classification (BBFC) is a non-governmental body, unlike the OFLC. AWS is
the President. The BBFC only classifies films and videos (not publications,
posters, greeting cards, t-shirts, computer games, Internet content etc, as
does the OFLC).
