See NIMBYY! Not In My Back Yard - Yet.
I've just been updated.
There are FOUR Ausbone member ISPs caught in the mess.
BTW Isn't Ausbone constructed the same way as the TIO?
Better watch out! You never know what direction us fighters might take
that could jeopardies the entire Ausbone structure!
Support to protect rights would be better than fence sitting till we force
change by precedent. We are only interested in those ISPs supporting the
fight against the ACA. Anyone else can suffer the consequences of the
outcome.
And I hope existing members of the TIO have deep pockets because the cross
claims are going to be a huge burden to TIO Limited and it's members who
signed a BLANK Cheque when they joined to pay any special levy. I think a
$30,000,000 damages claim against the TIOL is consequence enough for a
special levy.
And yes, I'm might seem like I'm speaking ahead of the judgement, but there
are things I know that not even the ISPs concerned know
collectively. Which is why I'm involved.
They honestly can't lose.
