[LINK] final INCORE report AND Microsoft not Net ready

Hi all

For those who are interested, the European Commission has published
the final INCORE (Internet Content Rating for Europe) report. It is
available on the INCORE web site at
http://www.incore.org/final_report.htm and from the EC’s Internet
Action Plan web site that deals with Illegal content and safe use of
the Internet at http://www.ispo.cec.be/topics/i_illegal.html.

Also, in an article from CNET, the founder of Red Hat Software
claimed Microsoft is not Net ready at a conference in Taiwan. See
