PORN ACT TOSSED OUT
The 3rd US Circuit Court of Appeals today unanimously ruled the Child
Online Protection Act is unconstitutional, violating the   First Amendment
  right to free speech. Not that the judges were too happy about their
decision - one wrote "Sometimes we must make decisions that we do not like.
We make them because they are right, right in the sense that the law and
the Constitution, as we see them, compel the result." The act was aimed at
  stopping children from accessing pornographic material  by requiring
site owners to insist on proof of age. Civil liberty groups appealed. See
