What about the breach of marketplace responsibility?
It's like Ford suddenly shipping cars with non-replaceable
headlights or distributors ... and expecting narry a whimper
from the marketplace.

What really astonishes me is just that: MS continues to pull
these beaut tactics (remember the disk-less distribution
snafu a few months back?) without any accountability.
