XML CLOSER
The World Wide Web Consortium today issued its XML (Extensible Markup
Language) schema specification, bringing it one step closer to issuing a
final recommendation.    XML Schemas define shared markup vocabularies and
  allow computers to carry out rules made by people by defining the structure,
  content and semantics of XML documents. See
