"Billions of dollars of government contracts have been put on hold after
the Finance Minister, Mr Fahey, yesterday announced a review of his
controversial scheme to contract out computer services to the private
sector.  ...

But he's done it extraordinarily badly, appointing to do the review someone
who's already implicated, reporting to a Steering C'tee that comprises the
culprits and only the culprits.

Anyway, well done Kate Lundy!  This might save CSIRO's bacon yet.
