An option is to go the Canadian route, and open up .au.  But that
just pushes the "what rules?" question from .com.au to .au...
Having multipled 2LDs at least allows us to have multiple domains
with different rules.

P.S. No advocates of .sex.au, for stuff that's sexy, but not so sexy
that it's prohibited by the BSA?  Or what about banned.au, to be used
only for content banned in Australia - you could make it a requirement
that all A records point at machines outside Australia :-)
