$124,000 in costs for 116,000 downloads @ $1 per. He's not ahead.

Either thats a typo, or this exercise suggests there are big problems
in the foodchain on authors in etrade.

And *what* exactly would consume $124,000 in costs? Was that traditional
trade and print advertizing? So in fact, the PR costs on an author like
King are that scale irrespective of the media used to distribute? or are
they normally worse?
