If you mean the 3.4 GHz spectrum auction:

A company by the name of AKAL (who no-one seems to know anything about) has
spent $62 million so far, followed by Austar, who was for a couple of days the
only bidder.

Total bids = $91 million.

I understand that there was to be an auction of datacasting spectrum 
beginning October 3. Has anyone heard what happened?
