Don't belive optus when they say "We are only interested in protecting your 
privacy."

Not only do I have a letter from a Customer relations Executive that says 
they have no records of ANY complaints I've made about servic issues and 
billing problems, but they sent the letter to a confidential address that 
has strict instructions under agreement with Optus not to be used.

They failed to use the postal address.

Not only that, but the services aren't even in my name, I can't call Optus 
in relation to the accounts because I'm not authorised, yet they send a 
letter to my clients service address with MY name on it!

How bloody stupid is that?

So they have no records of the 30 phone calls I've made since September 15, 
no records of the calls and faxes zsent to them over a year ago and now 
that have no records relating to the calls I've made in the last week.

Talk about contravention of Part 13 and in particular Section 307!

Yes, I'll be referring this to the ACA but I'm in town tomorrow filing 
liquidation notices for some bad debtors in the Supreme Court so I'll add 
another filing fee and summons.

This is totally disgusting.
