[LINK] New topic raised on accessibility: language

Just a brief interview on the local ABC news this morning. Centrelink
website pointed out as an example of a government website that is
unaccessible because of the language used. The content is translated
elsewhere in the site, but the navigation to get there is difficult and in
English only. Sounds like the criticisms of the ATO instructions: press
one if you speak English, press 2 if you don't.

Next big area for software development: English to non-English translators
that really work for these types of issues.

Also, what will governments have to do to satisfy these requirements as
they continue to push for online service delivery and have multilingual
populations?
