Subject: [LINK] Copyright and IP on the web in Australia

Linkers,

Increasingly I'm becoming involved in situations with
multiple contributing parties and technologies that
slice and dice intellectual property. Ownership and
responsibility can become problematic issues between
people trying to work together.

I know Copyright and IP are a hornet's nest of issues,
but I was wondering whether people on this list can
point out any useful resources, recent legal rulings
or rules of thumb covering ownership of information
on dynamic web sites in *Australia*.

What's the current state of play?

Cheers,
Martin
