I hope I don't have to change my email address - again.

I still get spam directed at my old netinfo address. I suppose, if I do
have to change, it will stop some of that spam - for a while.

Austar has taken control of eisa after the failed Internet service provider
(ISP) was forced to appoint a voluntary administrator today.

Austar head of corporate affairs Bruce Meagher told Newswire Austar will
buy all of eisa's assets and integrate them into its own ISP business. "We
are sorry that it had to happen this way, but we are pleased with the final
result," he said. Austar earlier failed in a bid to acquire 90% of eisa's
shares.

Austar will immediately step in to manage the troubled business in
partnership with the administrator. Meagher said Austar does not expect to
lay off any more staff as eisa has already scaled back its workforce in the
wake of its failed bid for OzEmail, which lead to the collapse of the
company.

eisa announced that it has appointed Andrew Love of Ferrier Hodgson as a
voluntary administrator. Love is expected to disclose the value of the deal
later today, as it remains subject to approval by eisa's creditors.
According to Love, eisa's shareholder's can expect a "significant dividend"
from the sale.
