[LINK] Is SMS the next spam medium?

This story from ZDNet news made me start wondering whether SMS is set to
be the next favoured spam medium.  I suppose the upside is that the sender
has to pay which might temper it somewhat, but does anyone know of any
other constraints on SMS being used for spam?
