In Australia, Government IT outsourcing contracts are not made public. 

CSC's George Bell gave some interesting evidence to the Senate IT
outsourcing inquiry on Monday.

the context of contracting with the United States government, those

Mr Bell - I believe they have a very aggressive freedom of information
