One of the filters that I use to flick a proportion of my incoming
mail into a 'Suspected Spam' mailbox is IF <message-body> contains
'<html>'. It generates occasional false positives, but frankly not
many.
The HTML-mail phenomenon was invented in order to tempt dumbos into
using the same commercial supplier for both their web-browser and
their email-client, and thereby to generate enough identified data
for that supplier to get control of the dumbos' consumption habits.
