Snippet in the SMH this morning:
Taliban ban use of the Internet
Kabul: Afghanistan's ruling Taliban militia have forbidden
individuals and organisations from using the Internet, and have
authorised the religious police to punish anyone who ignores the ban.
Unfortunately I can't include reference to that in my paper, which
'went to press' on Saturday morning (in an e-journal - so what's the
phrase now for 'setting in stone' an e-published version of a work??).
Thanks to the couple of people who provided feedback and leads while
it was still in draft. Feedback and URLs will be gratefully accepted
for future revisions of the living document:
