[LINK] What are Telstra playing at

I just went to register to pay my Telstra bill on line, having heard about
the service on the radio this morning (where is their publicity).

The registration process went well, but one of the screens is labelled:
https://register.telstra.com.au/online/cgi-bin/publicSpiritClient.cgi
                                               ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
but the only content in the field is the single word "null".  Continuing
on I then get a message telling me that a system error has occurred, so
now I don't know whether I am registered or not. Hey, ho.

...love their sentiment, but wierd...
