For your amusement: the Pillsbury company in the USA has started sending
cease-and-desist letters to various organisations telling them not to use
the term bake-off - eg "router bake-off" - because "Bake-off" is owned by
Pillsbury. Stop laughing, this is serious ... a helpful staffer at Colombia
University has posted correspondence with Pillsbury.
