[LINK] Westpac broken?

Hey all.

Just a little note to say I have been trying to log into the Westpac
online banking system for the last ten minutes and keep getting this
message:

"We have reached the maximum number of customers able to sign in to Online
banking. Please be assured that the service is fully functional but has
been limited to ensure quality to those cutomsers accessing the service.
Please try again shortly. We apologise for any inconvenience"

(retyped, so excuse errors)

I know that if I had a system outage, I sure would pretend it wasn't
real...

PS: Oh, and Onetel's phone line is engaged -- again for multiple
minutes... It must be one of those days.
