That's ridiculous. We don't pay for OUTBOUND traffic in Australia and the
few inbound ACK's aren't worth counting. One would expect those costs to
be recovered quite easily.
I've got an Adult Pictorial mail list people post to all the time, with
anything from 20K to 100K images and it barely even puts a blip on the
traffic graphs. With over 3000 subscribers and more than 200 messages with
attachments a week, the cost is almost invisible compared to the hits and
services on the web site by the same users.
