Cute story on the AUIT section today.  Been there, done that!  And this is 
our 'premier' online service provider??  NOT!  Pity the poor person who 
encounters this as their first computer experience to avoid paying a $3 
surcharge to get a paper bill.....

    TELSTRA's desire to get customers to deal with it online is not so new.

    It has been doing a bit of spadework for a while, but it may take some 
time before its
    efforts bear much fruit.

    I first tried to find out about online billing information last August 
when I was looking at
    an envelope stuffer that came with my phone bill.
