Exactly. An org I am involved with had a very sensitive email made public
and the person who was most affected by it, but not libelled by it,
started to distribute it to embarrass the org. I suggested that the org
get their legals into gear on the grounds of breach of copyright, which
they did. That snapped the chain up very fast.
The email made no mention about explicit copyright, but implicit copyright
was a known fact.
