[LINK] Telstra - ADSL & USA-China cable failure

I'm on BigPond Cable, and even there I'm feeling the effects ... I have 
30 bookmarks which IE regularly sniffs for updates, and right now 50% of 
those are in failure mode due to timeouts :-(
