Aha!  The last page doesn't exist.  It redirects to www.yahoo.com.

It appears that nothing in the Yahoo directory (dir.yahoo.com) except
the very top page (www.yahoo.com) is actually PICS-labelled.

So I think anyone with "block by default" on will be pretty much unable
to use Yahoo.  They can type search queries in, but the results will
be blocked because search.yahoo.com is unlabelled, and they won't be
able to access the unlabelled dir.yahoo.com.
