Why? It may suck, but there's still work to be done making sure
everyone realises it sucks.

That is, there's not actually any point most of us rating our sites,
because the only practical way to use RSACi (or at least the "best"
way to use it) is to allow unrated sites through. You've just conceded
my original claim.
