No.

Providing the Staff and ISP do not discuss, disclose or provide any of the 
information they come to view to another party, they are protected under 
Part 13 of the Telecommunications Act.

That's how simple it is.

There is no need to banter on this for months or weeks.  Part 13 says it all.
