Here's fine (if not done in excess, obviously). Just don't complain
when I use the same forum to try to convince people that they
_shouldn't_ rate their sites with ICRA.

Well, you are in a minority, but that doesn't rule out debate --
unless you keep screaming "persecution", which isn't very productive.
The nice thing about mailing lists is that it's not actually possible
to shout someone down...

I've examined the system, and my evaluation is that is completely
impractical for me to label my sites. But if it's that easy, how about
I send you a list of 100 000 URLs and you send me labels for each one?
How many hours do you think it should take me to label that many pages?
