It's not an exact science. There's a user on the telstra cable newsgroup
who is using a cordless phone on the same line as ADSL. He also has a
filter in line with a fax, but I can't get the filter to work, so my ADSL
connection drops every time a call comes in. To add to Glen's excellent
summation of the situation, your Hybrex should work but if the filter does
not work, you will have the annoyance of having to reconnect.
The "PABX" terminology is looser these days. I was the product manager for
Tennyson's SOX in a previous life and we called it a PABX (and a key system
and CTI etc etc) as it could take an analogue trunk or an ISDN one or one of
each.
