Thought and Informed are two different things :)  It kinda didn't affect me 
at the time, so I loaded only keywords into my memory :)  Not enough 
keywords :)

I heard a "rumor" tonight that the report says "it is feasible" although 
the ISPs in discussion are laughing hard.
