How would knowing what country a server or internet connection
(or anything for that matter) resides in tell you the nationality
of the person on the connection?
Or is the proposal to make it illegal for all people when
inside Australian jurisidiction to gamble on the Internet?
Foreign nationals with lotsa of $$$ should be allowed
to spend their money anyway they wish in Australia.
It is pure insanity to allow them to gamble in person
but not in cyberspace. Get a grip, Canberra!
"Hey, I'm visiting from Las Vegas and just lurve Star City.
Wait-a-minute. How come I cain't gamble using my laptop?"
