I have only one comment.

With such a major business critical data centre running in the house, and
such _important_ services being present all in the same place {and all,
presumable, running off the same phase on the same circuit breaker}, I
notice not one mention of a UPS.

And Mr Todd _seriously_ expects anyone who has anything to do with IT to
take him seriously? Mission Critical systems _without_ uninterruptable
power?

That's enough for me to consign this little tale to the bit bucket, right
along with everything else Mr Todd has ever said.
