Good to see that information is being made available in languages other
than English, but it is a pity to see that the site appears to be
inaccessible. Images often don't have ALT tags, tables don't have
summaries, frames are used, and it seems that the languages that use
non-roman character sets have much of the text on their pages stored in
images, rather than as text.
All of this clearly does not meet the Discrimination and Disabilities Act
requirements that we are all supposed to meet, and that NOIE should be
championing...
