The outsourcing issue came up in the panel session last night.  Lundy 
announced an "aim" to have 50% of the fed govt contracts for ICT to be for 
Australian companies, currently running at only 35%, they see the 50% 
target in the first term to be realistic.

Also pointed out by both Lundy and Grieg: trade deficit on ICT is at least 
minus $16billion/annually and rising.
