The outsourcing issue came up in the panel session last night. Lundy
announced an "aim" to have 50% of the fed govt contracts for ICT to be for
Australian companies, currently running at only 35%, they see the 50%
target in the first term to be realistic.
Also pointed out by both Lundy and Grieg: trade deficit on ICT is at least
minus $16billion/annually and rising.
