Surely if you are developing web sites, you need to think about what
the people visiting them will see -- ie, you need to look at them in
all kinds of browsers, including ones without images, Javascript, and
Flash as well as ones with all those things.  How a site's designers
intended it to look may be interesting if you're working with them
on that site, but otherwise it's rather uninteresting.
