Google converts pdf to text so one doesn't need pdf to gain access.

It's an interesting problem.  I suspect it's just another "cost" of the 
"boundless" Internet, but honestly a one line attribution isn't much to 
ask.  I always proudly give attribution because it shows that I not only 
know what I'm talking about but I know where to find the information or 
even better, have third party support.

Copying someone elses work always fails in the end.  Simple questions about 
technology leave people speechless.
