Hi Roger,
	I might be wrong, but I have been lead to believe that Singapore's
blocks have been put in place with the understanding that everything
cannot be blocked, so only a list of 100 sites are in fact blocked.

For me at least this is 100% heresay - can anyone confirm or deny my
understanding?
