[LINK] False and Misleading?

Mike,
I has the same and almost fell into the same trap. I had in fact
signed the form and was just about to post it back when I thought I'd
better read the fine print. So, I threw the form away and did not use
them to renew my domain names.
I wonder if they are misleading. I guess that their argument would be
that the domain name renewal charge is set irrespective of whether
you buy their free listing. So legally, they are correct. However,
morally, I think they are very misleading if not some form of a scam.
