uh---, huh? AP improve services? I must say they have a very good
reputation - the staff are responsive, they greet customers, heck they
actually HAVE customer service!! Why doesn't the 'minister' spend time on
the issues that really matter? Not that any group can benefit from a hard
look at itself for continuous improvement and addressing changes in needs,
but to add an ombudsman for this organisation seems a real waste of
money. Why not actually charge the TIO!!! to do what the consumer really
wants, rather than have it as industry funded and self-serving?
{shaking head once again}
But good on Kate for the promotion. The cross portfolio work she was doing
with education, comms, and one other [economic development?] was
innovative, but it must have been a real hard task. Jenny Macklin with
face an equally challenging job with her monster of a portfolio.
