[LINK] Use of attachments in postings to link

Please do not use attachments when posting to link.
like all lists attachments can cause problems as -

* Recipients may not be able to read them.

* They are bigger than text alternatives

* They may be suspected of carrying viruses.

I have link set to reject an message over 40k and send it to me so 
mostly they don't get through.
