Of course there is.  It's probably developed by Yet Another OutSourced Web 
Designer.  You can NEVER have too many web sites with links to other web sites!

Who looks for information on the net? It's about having the consumer come 
to your "portal" and find links to other "portals" which link you to other 
"portals" ...

but this has been discussed before :)  Looks like someone took notice!
