This has started occurring to a limited extent in the US, especially in
crashes involving fatalities. I have made a similar suggestion to the police
and transport ministers of NSW, who responded in suitably bureacratic
fashion.
Nevertheless, this will certainly start to occur in Australia as the problem
becomes more obvious.
