Howard, that's the whole point.

Telco's still see data as "value added services" - and charge accordingly.
The fact that more and more people are using it doesn't change the fact
that ISDN and ADSL are still "value added services".

When they see data as "basic service", then we'll see price drops and
performance increases. Not before.
