Yes I got advanced warning about this from a website user of mine who 
wanted me to send a number of email's back and forth between non connected 
people.  But the notice came too short :(  We've missed the blackout time.

I suspect there is a LOT of Boat People activity that we're not being told 
about based on this article and a few "non stating" comments I've seen.
