Telstra ordered to change ADSL price

not change its ADSL wholesale structure within
12 weeks, the competition watchdog says.
But the incumbent telco said complying with
the ruling could mean it would have to raise
the price of its retail ADSL product.
ACCC Believes Telstra Holding Back Competition
for High Speed Internet to The Home
Telstra is engaging in anti-competitive conduct
in the provision of broadband ADSL services to
competitors, the Australian Competition and
Consumer Commission alleges in a Competition
Notice issued today.
