Wow!  If you figure we have a round figure difference of 1/10th population, 
can anyone identify $10bil [AUD conversion of $5] in the federal budget for 
high-tech efforts here?  Now *that's* an IT investment!  Think what could 
have been done with the $5bil that Costello lost on the currency 
market....boggles the mind!
