No, the clause covers specific FrontPage web components, such as the
MSNBC news headline component and the MSN MoneyCentral Stock Quote
component. It prohibits you from doing things like using the FP web
components to put an MSN MoneyCentral ticker tape on your "Kill
Microsoft" Web page.
